Based on the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program, a series of six class meetings where you and your puppy engage in exercises incorporating touch (petting and handling), beginning obedience (Come, Sit, Down, Leash Walking), and environmental experiences with distractions and socialization with people and other pups. Typical puppy behaviors (like housetraining, jumping, mouthing, etc.) as well as ownership responsibilities are also addressed. This puppy experience is the perfect preparation for VIP FUNdamental Obedience Classes and Intermediate Obedience classes which can help you prepare your pup for the AKC Canine Good Citizen program.
