Overnight Dog Boarding at Very Important Paws
A stay at VIP has two parts: a quiet, private suite for meals and sleep, and active days spent playing with compatible dogs. Both are built around your dog’s routine.
A Private Suite
Every suite has a tempered glass door, a raised Kuranda bed with a freshly laundered cover, and fresh filtered water. Soothing music or movies play through the night.
Supervised Play
Days are for play and socialization in air-conditioned indoor areas and six shaded, tree-lined outdoor yards, with friends of a similar size and temperament.
Personal Care
We serve the food you pack, in the portions you set, and offer concierge and room service by request. Tell us about your dog’s habits and preferences at check-in.
Our Dog Boarding Suites and Pricing
Choose from six suite configurations across our Standard, Luxury, Family and VIP Penthouse categories. Shared suites are for dogs from the same family and are priced per dog, reflecting our 10% multi-guest discount.
Standard Suite: Single Guest
A private suite with a bright FabFunky design print, tempered glass door, raised Kuranda bed with a plush microfiber cover, and cool filtered water. Soothing music plays at sleep time.
Standard Suite: Multi-Guest
The same comfortable setup with extra room, so two or more dogs from the same family can stay together.
Luxury Suite: Single Guest
One of 14 Luxury Suites in a dedicated, quieter room. Each has its own flatscreen TV, an ultra-soft bed topper over the raised Kuranda bed, upgraded bowls, and movies through the night that sound like home.
Luxury Suite: Multi-Guest
Our most spacious shared quarters for dogs from the same family who want to board together, with raised Kuranda beds and freshly laundered microfiber covers for each dog.
Family Suite
An extra-roomy standard suite for larger families of three or more dogs, with a raised Kuranda bed for everyone and soothing music at sleep time.
VIP Penthouse Suite
Designed for senior, anxious and high-stress dogs. A full-size sofa and human bed, flat screen TV, open play daycare during the day, and a VIP host who spends the night in the room. Includes Puparazzi photos, a 10pm potty break and late check-out until 3pm.
Stays of 3 or more nights require a $40 exit bath before departure. A deposit is required for stays longer than 7 nights; the amount depends on the suite and services chosen.
What Your Dog Can Expect During Their Stay
Breakfast is served at 7:30am and dinner at 5pm, using the food you bring. Between meals, social and friendly dogs join supervised play indoors or out in our shaded yards, grouped by size and temperament. Ramps, steps, bridges and toys keep minds busy, and quiet time in the suite lets everyone recharge.
Included in the nightly rate: your dog’s suite and bedding, fresh filtered water, meals served from the food you pack, and round-the-clock staff.
Available at extra cost: grooming and spa services, training, pool time, late check-out, and food from our boutique if you forget yours. Stays of 3 or more nights require a $40 exit bath, which includes ear cleaning and a nail trim.

Grooming & Spa
Schedule a bath, haircut or spa treatment so your dog comes home clean and fresh. Our signature bath uses lavender and mint shampoo with ear cleaning and a nail trim.
Training
Our trainers can design a program for your dog’s stay to practice obedience, reinforce commands or work on specific behaviors.
Pool & Play Patio
Water-loving dogs can cool off in our in-ground pool. A pool release form is required, and males over 6 months must be neutered to join group pool play.
Preparing for Your Dog’s Boarding Stay
Book at least 3 days ahead when you can, and pack the following:
- Food for the whole stay, with dry kibble portioned into a bag for each meal. Frozen or refrigerated food can come in its original packaging. We can’t store large bags or bins.
- Comforts from home like toys, treats and bedding. Beds and comforters must be 36 x 36 inches or smaller.
- Proof of vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella. Canine flu is recommended.
- Flea and tick prevention. Hotel guests also receive a Capstar flea treatment on arrival.
Males over 6 months must be neutered to join group play, and we can’t accept females in heat, pregnant or nursing. Please tell us about any aggression when you book. Check-out is 7am–12pm Monday to Saturday and 11:30am–1pm Sunday.
Dog Boarding FAQs
How much does overnight boarding cost?
Overnight boarding costs $61 to $175 per dog per night, depending on the suite. A Single Guest Standard Suite is $68 and a Single Guest Luxury Suite is $78, and stays of 3 or more nights add a required $40 exit bath.
What is included in a stay?
Every stay includes a private suite with a raised Kuranda bed, fresh filtered water, meals at 7:30am and 5pm from the food you bring, and 24/7 staff. Grooming, training, pool time and late check-out cost extra.
Can family dogs share a suite?
Yes. Dogs from the same family can share a suite once you sign a permission form, and shared suites are discounted per dog. Without the signed form, each dog stays in a separate suite.
What should I bring?
Bring your dog’s food portioned by meal, proof of required vaccinations, and any toys, treats or bedding that help your dog settle in. If you forget food, we’ll choose a similar food from our boutique and add it to your bill.
Can I add grooming or training?
Yes. You can add dog grooming and spa services or a dog training program to any stay; reserve ahead so we can schedule them.
What about senior or anxious dogs?
Our VIP Penthouse Suite was designed for senior, anxious and high-stress dogs, with a host who stays in the room overnight. Our Luxury Suites are also set in a separate, quieter room.
How far is VIP from the airport?
VIP is close to Palm Beach International Airport, at 418 Park Place off Dixie Hwy between Belvedere Rd and Okeechobee Blvd. Drop off during lobby hours, or arrange an after-hours drop-off by appointment.
